Feature Overview
Aproda Medtech Solution (ASMT) provides the following functionalities for Dynamics 365 Business Central:
- Importers and Representatives for medical products and print them on documents
- “MiGeL” numbers (according to the Swiss medical Healthcare regulation)
- Medical Risk Class (EU Directive 93/42/EWG)
- The Laetus PHARMA-CODE
- Extended Item Stati
Bundled Apps
The ASMT app works best in conjunction with the following apps, available from Aproda through the Microsoft Dynamics App Source portal.
- Aproda Documents Automation (ASDC ) - required
- Aproda Quality Control (ASQC) - optional
- Aproda KMU Starter Pack(ASSC ) – optional
Assisted Setup
After the ASMT app is installed, the program guides the user through the following steps:
- Automatically creates the required Report Functions
- Automatically creates the required Report Formulas
- Automatically adds the formulasto the reports
- Guides the user to the MiGeL list for to populate it
- Guides the user to the Pharmacode list for to populate it
- Permission sets are created
ASMT Fields on the Item Cards
Choose the lens icon, enter Items, and then choose the related link.
From the items list, select an entry to open the respective item card
Refer to the following table to populate ASMT-supplied fields:
- MiGeL Position No.
- Risk Class
- Print Risk Class: switches printing of the risk class on documents on or off
- Pharmacode

Importer and Representative CH Information on the Item Cards
- Choose the lens icon, enter Items, and then choose the related link.
- Navigate to and open the item card of interest
- Click Related, Purchases, Vendors to open the Item Vendor Catalog
- Enter the Vendor Nos. for the item, and click the Importer and/or the Representative
CHflags (each flag may only be selected once per item)
This setting enables the addresses of importers and representatives to be printed on the posted sales shipment.
