The rental transfer can be used to convert sales items into rental items. The pre-requisite for this is that separate items must be registered for sales and rental items.

The function "post" deducts the item from the sales warehouse and enters it to a new rental item number in the rental warehouse.
in the inventory entries, the sales item is posted as an issue from the "sales warehouse". The rental item is booked as access to the rental warehouse.
Rental quotes
Rental quotes can be registered for both customers and contacts who are not yet customers.
Fields that must be defined:
- rental period
- rental tarif codes
- rental billing formula
- number of allocations
- reserved quantity
- reserved recurring
- rental quantity
If resource attachments have been defined for rental ressources on the resource card, the are automatically supplemented on the lines as soon as the resource is selected.
Rental orders
The rental order or rental contract is used to record definitive customer rental orders. There are several fields for rental that can be defined in general.
