Term from the CRM Glossary

Definition

A Deal Pipeline is a visual representation of the sales process that maps all potential business deals in various phases. It shows where each deal currently stands, what the revenue potential is, and what steps are required next.
Typically, the pipeline is used in a CRM system like Microsoft Dynamics 365 to make the entire sales process transparent and manageable.
