Definition
An analytical CRM system is a sub-area of Customer Relationship Management, which focuses on the systematic evaluation of customer data. The goal is to make informed decisions through data analysis, better understand customer behavior, and optimize customer loyalty.
It complements operational CRM (which deals with daily customer interaction) and communicative CRM (which integrates communication channels) with a strategic component: data-based insights for marketing, sales, and service.
