The Trade package provides you with all the functions you need to map your activities in purchasing and sales. The ERP ensures continuity from quotation to invoice. You can manage your articles in the ERP and select them directly in purchasing / sales documents. Your sales team has the possibility to manage customer and prospect data in the ERP.

With the package Trade+ you map all functions for your trading company. The system supports you in warehouse management (incl. batches, serial numbers or expiration date/MHD). The system helps you to optimize stocks and procurement. You can store bills of material on products and manufacture accordingly.

All functions from the trading package and multi-client capability (mapping of parent, sister, subsidiaries) in the same ERP without additional license costs.

Questions and answers about the Aproda STARTER PAKET

What are the costs for the facility?

Since you configure the solution yourself, there are no setup costs. For support, Aproda offers configuration/ and coaching packages.

Can I test the system in advance?

Sure. You can test the system >>here.

How long does it take for the system to be ready for use?

Your system will be set up pre-configured within one week and will be available to you afterwards.

What about support?

The package includes 4 hours of monthly support with our specialists. Aproda offers various service packages for additional support.

What about training?

From the signing of the contract, we provide you with an e-learning platform. This is also included in the package.

How flexible am I in changing the number of users or the package?

User increase is possible at any time. The reduction of users depends on the selected license. For annual licenses this is possible once per year. For monthly licenses one per month. The change to a larger package is possible at any time.

Does every employee need a license?

No. Employees who actively use the system require a full-user license (named). Persons who only read in the system can work with a Team-Member license of CHF 8.- per month. Employees with a Microsoft Teams license can access certain information directly in Teams.

Is MS Business Central integrated with other Microsoft products?

Yes, for example in Outlook or Teams. These integrations are delivered out of the box and are available by default.

What reporting options are available?

The Aproda Starter Packages provide you with Microsoft Power BI including our extensive templates for finance and supply chain.

Can I customize my system in the future?

Yes, customizations to the system are possible. For interfaces, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central already offers various standard APIs, which you can use from the SaaS Starter Finance.
