Phase 1: Specification

The first phase is the specification. The specification defines how the requirements are implemented. Together with you, we analyze your requirements and needs and determine how your business processes are to be mapped digitally in the future. In the process, we determine the entire processes, data and interfaces.

Phase 2: Prototype

In phase two, Aproda builds a prototype, which includes all functions, documents, additional fields, statistics, etc. Extensive testing is also carried out here, as well as the creation of the documentation.

Phase 3: Optimization and going live

In the final phase, the system is optimized and rolled out. This includes various workshops on the system, testing and optimization. We handle these steps with our agile approach by defining change requests together with you.
